The idea behind Gunimaa is simple. Sometimes we need to go back to the basics. To connect. To belong. To build strong relationships.
Jeff saw how powerful these timeless practices had been throughout his own life, but also how far many workplaces and communities had moved away from the fundamentals of genuine human connection.
Gunimaa was created to bring those lessons forward and help organisations, teams and people build stronger relationships, deeper belonging and cultures where people can thrive.

JEFF'S STORY
Jeff’s journey has taken him through rugby league, teaching, coaching, leadership and community, each chapter shaping the way he understands people, teams and connection.
Through those experiences, culture and the guidance of Elders, he learned that the strongest teams are built on trust, relationships and a genuine sense of belonging.
Over the years, Jeff saw those same principles work well beyond sport, in workplaces, schools, communities and leadership teams. Today, he brings those experiences together through storytelling, helping people see connection, culture and leadership through a different lens.
